Always an awesome experience. I like the advantages of having a furnished apartment over a hotel room. Location is safe and near many restaurants, bars, Michigan Ave and Grant Park. Highly recommend KASA

Felt like a very safe area to stay and was very clean and comfortable! There are a ton of areas to walk to and sight see as close as 5-10 minutes away! There was a view of the lake by our room and there was a store one street away so we could grocery shop/cook. I'm thinking of returning at a future date!

My family of six (three children) and I stayed at a Kasa apartment for four nights in May. We were very happy with our decision. The apartment itself is excellent - plenty of room, clean, comfortable beds, nice showers, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a great view of Chicago. The area is also very safe. We walked to the museum campus twice and enjoyed all the South Loop had to offer. Some great pizzerias and other restaurants. There is a supermarket next door which is super helpful. Check-in and ongoing instructions from the Kasa team were great. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Chicago.
